Description
Provide support via Electronic medium (phone, e-mail, remote management, etc.).

Provide training on the use of our applications.

Troubleshooting not only Technical issues, but non-technical issues that customers are having with our products. É{

Will work with Developers as part of quality assurance and test the software as new bug fixes and features are to be released.

Work with Databases to help assess problems.

Performs miscellaneous job °Vrelated duties as assigned.

Ability to work individually as well as a team to resolve issues efficiently in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.

Ability to multitask and follow instructions from supervisor to meet goals.
